1.1. The Operator prioritizes the protection of human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including the right to privacy and the protection of personal and family secrets.
1.2. This policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website www.insentry.io.

2. Key Terms Used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computing technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary suspension of personal data processing (unless processing is necessary for personal data clarification).

2.8. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the website new.insentry.io.
2.9. User – any visitor of the website new.insentry.io.
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a specific person or a specific group of people.
2.11. Distribution of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an undefined group of people (transfer of personal data) or providing access to personal data to an unlimited number of people, including public disclosure in the media, on information and telecommunication networks, or in other ways.
2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to a foreign state authority, a foreign physical or legal person.

3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User

3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic.
3.2. Email address.
3.3. Phone numbers.
3.4. Anonymous data collection from the website visitors (e.g., cookies) using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.5. The above data is collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.

4. Purpose of Personal Data Processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data – informing the User by sending emails, providing the User with access to the website’s services, information, and/or materials.
4.2. The Operator has the right to send notifications about new products, services, and special offers to the User. The User may unsubscribe from informational messages by emailing the Operator at info@insentry.io with "Unsubscribe from notifications" in the subject line.

6.3. In the case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them by contacting the Operator at info@insentry.io with "Personal data update" in the subject line.
6.4. The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may revoke consent to personal data processing by contacting the Operator via email at info@insentry.io with "Revocation of consent to personal data processing" in the subject line.

7. Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data

7.1. Before cross-border transfer, the Operator verifies that the foreign state provides adequate protection for personal data.
7.2. Cross-border transfer to countries without adequate protection is allowed only with the User's written consent or under a contract with the User.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The User can request clarification on personal data processing by emailing the Operator at info@insentry.io.
8.2. Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document, which remains effective until replaced by a new version.
